Cozy cottage on private dirt road perfect for quiet getaways. 5 minute walk to the 10 mile river, a 2 minute drive to Delaware river. This home is ideal for nature lovers. 5 minute drive to the charming town of Narrowsburg, NY with it's enchanting main street. Close to Mast hope skiing & Bethel woods. A perfect tiny retreat to unwind. House managed by local concierge company that can fill most all requests from grocery list stocking, an air fryer or pet set up package. 4 wheel drive recommended.

Other things to note
Currently working on wifi, out since last storm. We are currently awaiting technician appointment. House has been stocked with puzzles and board games. TV has a blue ray player so bring your favorite movies for a cozy off the grid stay.
